Brianna King, M.A.
Registered Psychotherapist
Brianna received her Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University. She has been practicing in a wide variety of clinical settings since 2015. She is a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO), and a Certified Complex Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II).

Brianna's approach to therapy is client-centered, integrative, and collaborative. She recognizes that every person has their own set of unique experiences and, as such, she adopts from several different modalities and techniques that fit the individual client. With a specialty in trauma treatment and a passion for whole-body wellbeing, she utilizes effective, evidence-based techniques to guide clients towards their goals. Together with the client, Brianna strives to create an open and collaborative environment in which clients feel heard, understood, and can work towards healing.

Allison Wray, MACP Candidate
Student Intern
Allison is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) as a student. She brings over a decade of experience working in Human Resources at a children's mental health agency, where she has supported the well-being of multidisciplinary teams. She is a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor with a strong commitment to fostering mental wellness in both individuals and workplaces.

Allison's approach to therapy is person-centred, non-judgmental, and deeply grounded in validating each client's lived experience. She integrates solution-focused strategies to help clients identify their strengths and move toward meaningful, actionable change. She holds Level 1 and 2 Gottman Method certifications in couple's counselling, and has a special interest in supporting women's health, particularly around endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, and fertility challenges. She strives to create a collaborative and affirming space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their healing.
